If you mean 65.8 kg (145 lbs), it seems like you're actually at a healthy weight. If anything, I would suggest resistance training. Building muscle helps you burn calories at rest. However, one thing that REALLY helps to maintain your weight is simply drinking enough water. Staying hydrated is essential to maintaining your health and keeping yourself satiated in between meals. Sometimes, the majority of excess calories comes from highly concentrated fruit juices and soft drinks. Hope this helps!
 
Same weight as mine.. According to me, It seems to be healthy weight and your body..
Just do exercise daily and remove junk food from your life..
 
Exercises are important for many reasons including helping you lose weight and maintain overall good health. Also you give such a nice information. Drink plenty of water and take some fresh and healthy food everyday.
 
The main tip for Weight loss is diet - I always recommend the paleo diet - WHY? because it works and more importantly its easy

However when you say Weight Loss I assume you really mean FAT LOSS. If you loss weight you could easily be losing muscle which is not great. You could be gaining muscle and losing fat and as muscle is heavier than fat you could be gaining weight but thats great because you are losing fat
