Im new

Hello, i am new here and i would like to know some stuff about fitness and nutrition.

My goal is to loose the fatty parts of my body (Chest, sides, stomach) I am 17 and weigh 80 kg / 1M72

I am now in holiday for 2 weeks and i would like to take this opportunity to be fit and eat better.

My equipement : Weights (1 for each hand) 8x2(i can take off weights manually), home bike that doesn't move, wii fit.

Now i would like to know forst of all is wii fit something i should be using?


My dayly routine planed for the 2 week holiday(i've been doing it for 2 days):

-Wii fit i run 15 min, and 15 minutes of other little exercise.
-Weights 40 dumbell flys/normal weight lift 20 per arm
-10 pushups(not good at that)

I stopped eating big portions and snacks.

Thanks for reading hope you could show me the right path to losing those "man boobs" and fatty sides.

Hopefully thanks to your help at the end of summer holidays (4 september) or the beggining even better but probably impossible :rofl: i will have normal chest and sides and stomach and uper legs i could lose , but that isn't a problem to me.

ps: on school days:

Monday i finish at 03:00PM
Wednersday 01:00PM
Rest of days 06:00PM

So if i could fit something in there it would be cool.

Welcome to the site. Go read some of the stickies and see what sort of plan will fit in for ya.

You can;t really spot reduce. Your body makes that decision.

Wii fit is better than nothing man!

You aint gunna just sign up, and one of us spen hours writing a plan for you. Hope that makes sense.

Maybe start a journal and log your daily activity, then we can watch you and pitch in suggestions as you come along. Read some of the journals and see what we are doing.

I will write a small journal every day or two to say how i felt after ? if i find it easier ? etc... ? On this post
 
Yes but i feel like worried what people will look at me or whatever you know ? im not that sort of person, but i will try :s try...
 
very good my friend. Try! Most people are thinking of themselves, and barely paying attention. Try not to worry about others. If you can, find pride in the fact that you put the game down, and stepped outside, into the sun, off your rump, out of the shade, into the heat!!

We will be here to celebrate you either way.

Today:

30 minutes of running wii fit (outside was raining)
And went out to cut wood etc..

Ate tuna and Salad for lunch and tea.

Legs hurt but tomorow i try 1H run.
 
Right on man! you did it! Chopped wood! Manly man stuff!

I'm in Bradenton/Sarasota, FL. It seems about 5 or 6 hours behind you. Right now it is 1:45 pm here.

When you finish your run tomorrow, do a lil stretching anbd you won't be quite as sore. Try to go outside, the run will be funner, and I'll bet you can breath better outside too.

I gotta get back to work!

I will stretch and try to go outside but i always remember having breathing issues when running outside, like i cannot breath but i will let you know if that changed, Have a nice day !

you are just getting started. Make sure your water intake is good and keep at it. After you exercise, while you are still warm, do some stretching. Calve stretch, quad stretch, toe touches, a few body weight squats, and a few lunges.
Google each of those.

Just remember how good you felt the day you did your workout.
