Where to start?

Im just going to get right into it, im 5'11 and 262 pounds roughly.

Today I just set up all my gym equipment once again (bench press, machine with chest/leg/preacher/back, elliptical and recumbent bike and treadmill. Please give me some workouts for fat loss that I can do and foods I should be eating.


Things to keep in mind:

-My endurance is pretty bad right now.
-Strength took a dive since 6 months ago (When I stopped working out and weighed 245)
-Want to burn high amounts of calories and still have muscle.
- around a 1 hour - 2 hour workout because I have a lot of free time.
-goal is to be 200 pounds in 6 months, pant size 38 down to 34, and to live a better lifestyle.
