Im a 39 year old male, that is trying to change the way I look. I go to the gym every other day. I eat 3 times a day ( regular meals ) mostly healthy but no fast food and no processed food. I do some cardio but I work out very hard. the problem Im having is Ive been told to stop the dieting and just keep working out hard and the gut will go away. I have done that and now Im seeing the bottom of my gut getting a little bigger. I have a 4 pack but below that its all gut lol. Im not sure what to do should I go back on my diet or is there a way to lose the gut while I get bigger muscles at the same time.
