Looked down a few months ago and realized my abs are uneven <that ruined my day lol >. Specifically, the upper rectus abdominis, the two large muscles directly below the breast and towards the middle of the body. My right one is smaller than my left (on my right). I tried doing crunches for like a month on the right side only...didn't really help..I was wondering about using the bicycle crunch. Does lifting the right elbow to the left knee strengthen only the right abs?....I can't really tell what muscles its working when I do it....Any general tips/advice on how to enlarge only the right upper rectus abdominus would be much appreciated.
