Is this workout routine go enough to lose extreme fat and put on serious muscle?

I was just wondering whether this workout plan is ideal for serious fat loss and muscle gain.

Here is my workout routine that I have just started:
Monday: Bench Press, Squats, Bent Over Rows, Dumbbell Lunges
Tuesday: HIIT - 500m sprint on rower, 2km sprint on upright bicycle, 10mins on treadmill alternating 60secs sprint, 60-90secs rest and a 10min sprint swim
Wednesday: Deadlifts, Overhead Press, Assisted Pull-ups, Assisted Dips
Thursday: HIIT
Friday: Bench Press, Squats, Bent Over Rows, Dumbbell Lunges
Saturday & Sunday: Rest days

I have measured my bodyfat on a weighing scale and it is showing that I have currently got 33.6% bodyfat, I am looking to cut this down by about 20% and add on some serious muscle.

:D Thanks for that, just came back from my HIIT workout!! I was just wondering, should I be doing cardio after my weight training aswell?
