Short Sharp Shock

I really need to kick start a fitness regime. I do about an hours cycling a day, mainly because its enjoyable (you can escape with the iPod), but when ever I try some difficult exercise, such as jogging, weights etc it all gets too serious and I fail to see any tangible benefits before giving up.

Has anyone tried anything like a boot camp to force yourself into a serious period of dedicated exercise in the hope that you see the benefits and carry on? I read this today which looks like it really helps, but its a lot of money to spend.

It's called Couch 2 5k. It's designed to get you running a 5k in 9 weeks. I'm on this right now and I was the same way. This gives you something to follow and believe me it works. Best of all? It's free. There's an app for your phone or iPod or whatever electronic device.

Hope this helps!
