I wanted to get a professional opinion as to whether you think the Tracy Anderson Method works? Is it true what she says about the accessory muscles being used to pull in the skin so that you don't bulk and you get as she says 'teeny-tiny'. I think her eating plan is too restrictive, do you think you get the same results if you didn't follow her eating plan but followed a healthy, low carb high protein diet?
