Belly fat never leaves

I have lost 21 pounds in the past while and i have seen improvements of fat-loss everywhere, thighs, face, upper torso, arms ect, but my belly seems like it hasnt lost anything at all (very little). Is there anything i can do to target the stomach or help in that one area?
 
Yeah belly fat is incredibly hard to get rid of. If you want totally flat and toned abs, you need to a very very strict diet and lots of cardio!
 
Typically yes. On men it is the first place you gain fat and last place you lost it. With women it's usually butts and thighs.

There is no way to spot reduce or target fat. You just need to keep burning off more calories than you consume.
 
I was also having the same situation as your are facing big problem with your bally. But I am very happy today because I get the drops from prohcgdiet.com and I lost 14 pounds in one month. I know you cannot believe me but it is true :)

Ear fat burning diets and take less calories and do some exercise daily and don't eat heavy food or fast food. Rely on low carb diet.
 
hi i had the same problem as you at the start of this year i was 92kg or 202lb and had a lot of belly fat i started training in jan and since then i've droped my weight to 80kg or 176lb my belly fat is nearly gone and i can see my six pack coming through all i did was sick to a strict low carb diet and im doing alot of cardio training (joging' swiming' cycling') ect' i train 6 days a week now i do supersets monday wednesday and friday to tone up and cardio tuesday thursday and saturday it seems to work for me so though i pass it on hope this helps
