Need some Help

hi if i am skinny then what is the best idea of doing workout in a day 1 time or 2 time . i wana know does it really matter if i am skinny and if i am doing workout 2 times in a day . it will help me to gain more weight or it will make me more skinny ? plz help me to figure it out how to manage it ?
 
Interesting question but it would help to know more about you: age, height, weight and type of workout. Generally speaking, if you want to gain weight then you have to eat more keeping it healthy of course. Then start lifting weights keeping it to once a day to start. Also remember that that body needs time to heal and repair after you work a body part so allow for 48 hours. So if you work your chest today, wait 2 days before you work it again. There are tons of variations but the best time to start is now.
