5 months, 6 sizes, 65 pounds, one beach no failure. Help me out.

I am at a ****ing loss of what to do. I have an eating disorder, it falls under the unspecified catagory. I have the mindset of an anorexic, the need to purge of a bulimic, a love of cooking, and a love/hate of food.

I am going to a beach with my long distance boyfriend on spring break. we're going to destin florida and it will be the first time we've seen eachother in ages. Problem? I'm currently a fat ****er.

I need bootcamp.. intensity.. dedication.. and limitied and pure foods. Point me out in the right direction please.

Expecting to lose 65lbs in 5 months is a little crazy (and dangerous as heck). Aim for 20lbs. Cut your daily intake by at least 500 calories and add a workout routine that will burn 200-300 calories. If you were meant to be together, he'll still love you :)
 
Thanks. I do need to change up my goals a bit. considering 2 pounds a week is reasonable, I could get to about 40 if i'm dedicated. Besides, I suppose if I tone a bit that would help too. Thank you
 
32-40 is definitely possible. I just joined up this free site and it's pretty good for tracking calories. Apparently lots of people lost weight by tracking their food consumption here. Pretty easy to use, give yourself 15 minutes to get use to it.
