Doesn't look bright

Hello everyone, I'm a new member. I'm 14 years old (about to turn 15) and things arn't going 2good.

I have no self discipline. I find it hard to get stuck into things. For the past 3 years I've watched with fascinated horror as my physical body, and my self discipline have sided into disarray.

1. I have baguette arms :( (small and quite flabby.) (I have no muscle on my wrists + thin wrists). I would like to get bigger arms.

2.) My fitness is abysmal but i am starting to go bike riding and might start running.

3.) I have man boobs and a flabby flabby stomuch, Would really like to change that!

4.) my eating habit is horrible, Sweets and junk food 24/7 I also snack alot. I know i need to cut down on this!

well basically what I want is to get bigger arms, get fit and lose my moobs and tummy flab, What is the best way to do this and if I am dedicated will i be able to do it in 8 weeks? oh, I don't have access to a gym but have 8 thousand acres of land to run amok in.

Any advice would be appreciated,
many thanks,

PS. I have lots of fat and not much mucle but if you look at me you wouldnt call me 'fat' You'd think im skinny but i have alot of body fat and moobs! and tummy fat!

Well, at least you know what got you to this lowly place. Lay off the junk food NOW!!! No more sugar, and no soda. Eat lean meat, fruits and veggies. Pick up a set ow weights or kettleballs on Craigslist cheap.

The only way to lose fat is to burn more calories than you take in. So stop eating crap and start moving. You can not spot reduce so you just need to start burning fat and eventually the moobs and belly will go away.

Oh, and you need to exercise your whole body, not just your arms for a whole lot of reasons.

+1 to Third Set. It took you 14 years to get to where you are now so don't expect a complete turn around in 8 weeks. Getting healthy is a life long quest. Start biking/jogging right away and work on your whole body as Third Set suggets. If you can't find weights on the cheap, improvise...push ups, crunches, pull-ups to name a few. Find something heavy, old tire, hay bail, a bag of sand and start lifting it up and putting it down, 20 times a day...you can work your whole body with a bag of sand in 30 minutes a day, get creative...good luck
