Best diets/weight loss plans?

I have recently started taking Adipex to help jump start my weight loss, But I still need to exercise and eat better to take the weight off quicker and keep it off for good. But I don't know where to start. Can anyone give me workout and diet advice? I honestly don't know much about how to work out or what kinds of foods are good or bad for weight loss. With the work outs I have access to a workout bike, a stairmaster, and a treadmill.

Any kind if help will be appreciated.

I would reccomend Power 90 for starters for your workout - it is a good workout that really works you but is good for those who have not worked out ever, or in a while.

There are a lot of good nutrition plans out there. I know for me and my wife - taking Shakeology as a meal replacement for my lunch has not only save me money, but killed a lot of the cravings I once had, and has given me so much energy!

Losing weight and and eating nutrition starts with the battle between you and your mind. If your mind is right, if you stay dedicated and goal driven, you will be able to do it with ease. If you keep looking at the scale for motivation - that will never work.

I hope this information helps a little bit. I know I am promoting products my business markets, but I am living proof that they do work. They are not the only things out there that work - but I can say you will not be able to depend on a pill to lose the weight you want to lose. YOur body will become accustomed to that pill and will flaw the effects it once had on you when you first started. If it was up to me - I would drop the pill - and start drinking at least 64 ounces of water a day - at least.

Good Luck and keep me posted on your progress!!

There are many diets as Atkins, Keto, HCG.
It would be your own decision that which would suit you more according to your weight loss goal.
