does anyone have any advice?

so in a little over a month, I am moving to Alaska to live with my girlfriend.

I want to lose as much fat as I can until then.

does anyone know how many lbs of fat is possible and the best way to lose it?
 
Seriously? It's difficult to rapidly lose a lot of weight without losing muscle. Just go Alaska as is. The extra fat will insulate you from the cold weather.
 
Best fat loss is 2lbs a week, any more then that and its muscle and glycogen. Its not worth trying to lose weight quickly as you only need to eat and it goes back on again which will leave you feeling defeated and no good. Instead work to reduce your weight slowly and bit by bit. Add in ideas that you will keep for more then a week and are livable- theres no point in cutting out all carbs unless you are never ever going to eat them again. Learn how to eat less rather then cut things out, learn portion control and learn what to eat to maintain and lose weight- this will do you the biggest favor in the long term.
 
he simplest way to reduce weight quickly is doing Meditation and Yoga provided you keep a close watch on your diet. It should contain less calories and more of carbs. Sugar and milk products should be completely off the menu for some months.
