Plateau help!

My legs have seem to hit a plateau! The rest of my body seems to be doing well with my current workout, but for about a month now, my legs almost seem to be LOSING muscle, same as with my butt. Does anyone have any suggestions for leg work outs? Machine, with weights, anything! Need my legs back before they become chicken legs again!!
 
Train with Kettlebells

Squats and Deadlifts. Use a barbell for them to give your body some punishment.

If you're used to just using machines for your legs, you aint felt nothin yet ;)

If you're already doing these then how long has it been since you upped the weight, or went with a different (set x rep) routine?
 
Body parts don't possess infinite development capabilities. You have probably gone as far as you can, naturally. Maybe you should consider this as a possibility.
 
How long have you been on the current lower body program? Most workouts are only good for 8 - 13 weeks before you need to change.

Another thing may be over training. If you are hitting the muscles too often and too hard they will not have sufficient time to recover and will eventually start to go in the opposite direction.
