Last step, Fat loss. Help me!

Hey, I just discovered the forums browsing the website on my quest for some good tips and help! I'm a 20 years old male who was overweight for most of his life, I used to weight 102 Kilograms at the age of 18. One day I decided it was enough and I lost up to 30 kilograms, i'm at 75 Atm. The problem is, there's still a huge amount of fat in my belly, only in the belly, everything else looks like I want it to look, neat and clean. But my stomach, basically it's like a fat person stomach. That's discouraging because I'm actually a thin person now -According to my weight/heigh ratio and even my bodyfat %- but the belly fat is killing my self steem now.

So basically, I'm asking for a way to reduce it, I know it's a slow process, believe me I have the guts to do it, I'v been on a fitness program for the last 2 years of my life. But I'm doing something wrong, I havent recieved help from anybody, It was just me and the internet who made this happen. I need to take this last step, I need to feel like a regular fit person, because technically I'm.
¿How can I get rid of this stubborn body fat?
Differente exercise?
More Cardio?
Less carbs?

Help me. Thanks.
(If there's something misspelled, or not exactly well written, I'm sorry, english is my third language). Thanks again!

Anyone? Come on give me a hand here...

My is give you a suggestion about to reduce your weight but you have to make a routine of it . Try to drink green tea more as you can , drink it after the dinner and lunch regularly and try to walk after taking the dinner..

Belly fat is a real problem, so you need to be patient. BWT, Do you measure your stomach when trying new exercise or program? Do you measure it on daily basis? If not, you should do it. Because measurements will tell you whether you’re progressing or not. Also, try eating less than you're eating now.
