Okay... this dude is an affiliate marketer. That means if you click on that link and buy the product he gets a commission. Basically he's just spamming to make a quick buck.
I do this for a living (but not in a spammy way like this), so I know what I'm looking at. Hoover your mouse over the link and you'll see an obvious affiliate link at the bottom of your browser window.
Keep this in mind before you decide to click/buy.
