Alright guys heres the problem I decided I was going to lose weight 3 weeks ago. I have the whole bulking and cutting thing down. I've cut before...very successfuly so I believed I knew what I was doing. Over the last 3 weeks the scale has not went down basically 1-2 pounds yet. My diet is spot on....I do HIIT 4 days a week along with weight training 6 days a week. I do the 6 meals. I eat about 1800 calories a day even though I could eat about 2500 and still lose weight. I havent cheated once. I havent drank on the weekends. The thing is though over the last 3 weeks it seems I have lost about 3 inches in pants size which clearly means I have lost weight, I just don't understand why the scale wont show it, and it would be nice to be reassured number wise. I have plenty of muscle, I drink about 20 glasses of water a day no lie. The only thing is I'm on sleeping pills called SYROQUEL. I don't know if this could be reason, I heard you gain wait on this pill...i just don't get it.
