my weight loss doesnt make sense

Alright guys heres the problem I decided I was going to lose weight 3 weeks ago. I have the whole bulking and cutting thing down. I've cut before...very successfuly so I believed I knew what I was doing. Over the last 3 weeks the scale has not went down basically 1-2 pounds yet. My diet is spot on....I do HIIT 4 days a week along with weight training 6 days a week. I do the 6 meals. I eat about 1800 calories a day even though I could eat about 2500 and still lose weight. I havent cheated once. I havent drank on the weekends. The thing is though over the last 3 weeks it seems I have lost about 3 inches in pants size which clearly means I have lost weight, I just don't understand why the scale wont show it, and it would be nice to be reassured number wise. I have plenty of muscle, I drink about 20 glasses of water a day no lie. The only thing is I'm on sleeping pills called SYROQUEL. I don't know if this could be reason, I heard you gain wait on this pill...i just don't get it.
 
And to ad there have been times in my life where I just ate healthy for 2 weeks straight with weight training no cardio and lost more weight than I have in the last 3 weeks. SO????
 
if you undereat too much, your body assumes its starving and will do what it can to store fat.



do you think i'm undereating malkore. I'm 510-about 178...and take in 1500-2000 a day with my HIIT every other day and weight training 6 days a week

Hun, Fat takes up more space than muscle, its bulkier. If you compaired 5lbs of fat and 5lbs of muscle, the muscle would take up less space...but they both still weigh 5 lbs

Hope that makes sense.

If you just want to weigh less, cut back on strenghth training, i wouldn't sugest it, muscle is sexy...but to each his own!
