Really its seem impossible for me to loose weight is it because i am 42 and my body is slower now, or i dont do enough exercice.. i bike at home well not every night but i do 30 min...Started may 1 i will use my bike to work so its 32 km a day i can't start now because it will rain for like 4 days straight...so
But i am getting depress... i dont understand that 2 week ago i weigh 165 now 170 but i started to drink water will this make me heavier....
No to be lying i do eat junk.. i get craving for sweet....but i eat good food too.. i eat Fiber one in morning, salad, chicken.. not much read meat...
What else should i do.. i know cut all the sweet all togheter and do more exercice...
Do i really need to count my calories intake...
I work well i sat on my butt all day long i kind of notice that i got some flat spot there... grrrr
