good post nolove-
now give her some of your routine!
girl on girl is best for that eh!
LOL, oops, kinda left that part out didn't I? :speechless:
well, back then I was a bit of a fiend. I would get up, chug my coffee, eat something (like a fruit) and deal with my kids ( they were babies, so change them, feed them, etc...) and then do an hour of floor exercises. (Sit ups, push ups, leg lifts, bridges...You name it I probably did it!)
Then I would throw on my running shoes, bundle the kids up, grab the rottie (our dog), and go for a run. Around an hour. At first I couldn't run to save my life, but I worked up to 6 miles a day (eventually 10).
Then I would get back home, change the kids, feed them, etc, take care of the dog, then, back on the floor for another hour of exercises.
Now personally, I wouldn't recommend this.
What you should first do is make sure you have a good diet. It's number 1 on your list, because without a good diet, you will achieve nothing.
As far as exercises, it depends on what you have. You can do many effective exercises without ANY equipment. An ab routine will only strengthen your abs, it won't do anything for the fat, or lose skin, or surgery scars.
Diet will help the fat. Cardio is one of the easiest ways to manage fat, which is why I think it is so often recommended. Lose skin, is genetic, and the surgery scar is too. Not much you can do but wait and see.......
What do you have available to you exercise wise (i.e. equipment, gym, etc...)
