Looking for Advice

I have been working out quite regularly for about 6 months now and am looking for some advice as far as work outs go because I feel mine has become fairly static. I'm going to list my work out. I currently just alternate days and don't really change up anything.

I'm 19 and 6'3'' and weigh 185.
Day 1.
-Dumbell Bench: 4x10 increasing weight by 5lbs 50-65
-Lawnmowers: 4x10 doing 55lbs
-incline dumb bell bench: 4x10 45,50,50,55
-upright rows: 4x8 with 80lbs
-shoulder press w/ dumb bells: 3x10 40,45,50
-flys
-then I do some tri/bi work.
-incline situps

Day 2: I run 3 miles.

Also I have been taking 1 scoop of whey protein post work out on lifting days.

I guess i'm curious what I should do to make my workouts more effective.

to make your workout more effective, work your whole body.
squat and deadlift for lower body.
do a variety of exercises like military press, bent over rows, pullups, lunges, front squats etc.
use a barbell. do you have a gym membership?

Yes, I do have a gym membership. What should my gym/running schedule look like if I'm working my lower body too? Work Upper Body one day, lower the next, and run on the third day and repeat?
