I'm trying to lose about 20 pounds this summer. I work at a fast food restaurant and it's packed on quite a bit of fat around my stomach, and I'd like to get rid of it.
I basically need to know a few things:
-What should I eat in a typical breakfast, lunch, supper.
-What should a snack on, if I do get hungry.
-And other things to avoid/do more of.
