am i doing it right

a couple of months ago i bought myself a treadmill and 2 20 pound dumbbells
i decide to work out in April my routine for april was every monday wednesday and friday i did a 45 minute jog, and every tuesday and thursday i did sit ups, jumping jacks,Flat Chest Presses,Flat Chest Flies,Concentration Curls for 20 minutes ive decide to add an extra 5 mintues to my work out every month, im thinking about doing this up untill july or august. anyway am i missing anything
am i doing ok, should i change anything or keep going. also the dumbbells are a little to heavy for me im trying to get some money so i can buy 2 15 pounds but ive decide untill i can buy them just to keep using the 20 pounds

It's great you've started working out. Your workouts do seem a little limited though. It's great you're jogging and working on your chest and biceps. Even though you're doing some jumping jacks, I would say do some squats to work your quads and glutes. When using your weights, trying and think about exercising each muscle group on your body. So incorporate some shoulder press, tricep kick backs, reverse flys and so on. I have a large list of exercises on my website should you wish to have a look...
