Weight Loss Help

Im 14 years old and i weigh 176 pounds but im pretty strong what should i do to lose the belly fat
I want to lose 20 pounds by the end of june please help
 
You could start out with these three steps:

1. Start eating 5-6 smaller meals rich in protein
2. 2-3 days of strength training on nonconsecutive days (full body)
3. Incorporate cardio maybe 3 days a week to burn extra calories/fat
 
How many days a week do you want to work out?

I know some people do full body work out Mon/Wed/fri and cardio Tuesday and Thursday.

You cant spot reduce. The only way to lose your gut is to lose weight all over. Your genetics will decide where it comes off first.
