I been using ragu sauce for my whole wheat pasta and it taste very good. it dawned on me the other day that nothing of the "healthy" foods i been eating since i started my routine tasted as good as my pasta with sauce. so i came to the conclusion that i'm probably eating really unhealthy sauce ( lol ) I'm really a shi+y cooker and don't think i'd be able to make anything more complex than a quick sauce. if anyone has any good ideas for a sauce or some kind of topping please let me know! thank you in advance.:costumed:
