Want to eat healthy but can't cook?

Hows it going, just looking for some advice on eating healthy if you suck at cooking, was thinking about going to chefs school just to learn how to cook for myself but not sure i want to pay so much money. Any advice? Thank you.

There's a nutritional section here with lots of good, simple foods you can eat.

My favorite lunch/dinner is:

Half can of tuna with a tiny bit of lite mayo.
slices of fresh tomatoe
mozzerella or swiss cheese (don't go nuts)
between two pieces of whole wheat

All toasted in the toaster oven. mmhmm

There's lots of stuff out there that doesn't take a brain surgeon to put together, u just gotta find it.

Smells a bit spammy to me, time to hit the road .... :animal2
