Body ball (swiss ball)

Should I use this to try and get better ab definition/ muscles? I already have one and use it at home. Is this the fastest was to develope your abs? That's basically what I've heard.

There is no way to say "This method is the fastest!" Cause everyone is different. Personally, i say skip the ball and head for the decline bench and a medicine ball. Throwing routines work great for me. But like i said, everyone is different. So the ball may work for you, but it didn't work the "best" for me.

Thanks for the insite. I think it would be great for me to mix it up, use the incline bench and the ball, like rotate, but the incline bench hurts my back so I won't use that until later on.

Have you seen that machine were you just sit down and there is a bar infront of you? You can add on weight and just dip forward? What about that machine, have you tried it?

i don't deal with ab machines. I haven't ever liked them. This workout worked really well for a friend.
try it out.

Machines get a bad rap, but the ab machine might actually be better for abs than other exercises in my opinion. Personally, I can do leg lifts and weighted situps on a decline all day, but I get on that ab machine with a decent weight and it tears my abs to shreds. The key is to return to the starting position slowly after you've completed a rep.
