3 Months Progress. Before = Pathetic / After = Energetic !

Ahh fellow brown man! Lookin' good bro. But this ain't the end, just the beginning... where do you want to go from here?

Let's hear future goals... I say in the next 90 days you should aim for a 6 pack.

Exactly ... this is not the end . Just the beginning . You stated it right :)

My next goal is to lose some more fat (lets say another 6lbs at least) and then start building my muscle . I think it might take me another 4 months to do it . However in these 4 months ill do hard resistance training to increase my strength at least twice (my bench press max is only 40 lbs :O :O ) . I hit a Plateau and over the last month i didnt lose any weight . However, now it seems that i started losing FAT again . I lost another 1 inch from my belly and im happy with that .

So my future plan goes like this :

1)I changed my diet in order to break my Plateau once and for all

---> -25% Carbs / +15% Protein / +10% Fat / +10% more calories for the current month

If it goes well ill not change it till the end of my 4 Months Goal

2) Focus more on weight training to increase my strength

3)Hopefully if everything goes well in 2 months from now ill be on my ideal weight ( 167 - 170 Lbs)

4) The last two months ----> Way to ABS ...

Wish me good luck ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! :action8: :costumed: :sport: :costumed4:

I wouldn't take that approach since its flawed... because you cannot gain 100% lean muscle. If you want to gain muscle (hence... weight) you WILL gain fat as a result... do all your bulking until your happy THEN lose the weight.

If you lose all the fat you want... then decide you want to get bigger... well you're going to gain some fat in the bulking process ANYWAYS (no way around it). So why do fat loss -> muscle gain -> Fat loss

when you can bulk/gain muscle -> Lose the fat. Get what I'm saying? This will make everything you do more efficient and more EFFECTIVE.

I mean... I understand your thought process on that.. you want to get super lean, then just pack on the muscle and you'll stay at that body fat %. Not gona happen. See, if I wanted to gain 10lbs of solid mass, Id end up gaining 15lbs at least... that 6 pack would partially dissappear for a lil bit, then Id drop the 5lbs of fat and look ripped again.

Those #'s are off the top of my head at the moment. But you get my point.
Now do it up!

Good points . But i dont want to get any further weight (muscle and fat ), since ive already have extra fat on me ... So what ill do is this:

1)Stay at my current weight (80 KG 172lbs)
2)Try to build muscle through my extra fat . Ive already have it so i must not put extra weight - muscle .
3)Try it for a month and a half.

The problem is that i want be slim - lean in summer so i have another 3-4 months . To you believe that is achievable ? (cause i dont) . Thats why i wanted to lose more and more fat . To be lean for summer and then ill add my muscle . I ll do my best though .

Thanks for helping me out ... :D :azzangel:

3 months?! That's a ***** load of time dude! In 3 months you can lose like 24lbs. (assuming you drop 2lbs/week)

Assuming you do it right, that could all be fat, and that mean's you'll look RIPPED. So yes, it's def possible. In fact I think to get beach-ready, all you need is a month, but that's just me and my insanity... I like to do intense work. If you can be laser-focused, I don't see why not.

Okay ... Super Diet starts from Friday ... Ill try to do my best for the next 3 months ... :eating::costumed3::beerchug::newbie::angry2:

Good luck with the goals, they look solid.

Agreeing with the poster about gaining fat in the process of producing more muscle, then cutting. I can also understand you wouldn't want to do that, gaining the fat you spent time and energy into loosing; to then being replenished might be disheartening.

However, it's your body, if you like it, you like it. Don't change stuff for other people ;) (not being rude there, hehe)

Pretty good work so far but remember getting there is one thing and maintaining your ideal physique is another. Keep up the good work man. Definitely see the difference though.

Do you think that is better to stop cutting and start building up my muscle ... ?? I think that loosing another 7lbs and then start building my muscle is ideal . Any opinions ? :D

I'd say about another 5 solid lbs, and 7 if you want. You are dead on man. Keep those progress up. Once you do decide to build muscle, it's an influx of carbs and scaling back on fat.

In exactly one month from now ill post my new pics here . Another 7 pounds down and ill be happy .

What did you eat? were you on a routine? My worst problem is eating.
