I did check the squat chart but that wasn't exactty what I was looking for.
I hear the word 'squat' at least 15 times a day. "Aw man I'm sore I did some major squats." "Hey bud you do your squats today?" Didn't see you at the gym." These are exact quotes I heard at school the other day, no added info.
I think I want to get on the squat bus/ bandwagon, but the idea of squats kinda scares the hell out of me, I fear I'll pull my hamstrings, fall over, or be crushed bya weight. I'm not sure what squatting involves. Does it involve just squatting or does it involve weights etc.? just wanted some basic information on it, thanks.
