Really need help!

Hi sexy peeps,

My girlfriend wants to lose 15kg by September. She has asked me to create a program for her. I think she can do it, as when she tries new diets and stuff she is really good and sticks to them for ages. Or she will try some new exercise thing for ages. Trouble is she never ever mixes diet and exercise properly. Well now is my chance to help her.

She has a gym membership, so here is what I am thinking. I know her and what she is like so I have based this on my personal knowledge of her habits etc.

Firstly, I want her to get a personal trainer at her gym to draw up a program for her. Two reasons, she will respect the personal trainer, and the trainer knows a great deal more than I. Secondly I want her building muscle at the gym, rather than just going and doing Cardio.


So two gym workouts per week, free weights, machines, what ever. I may speak to my personal trainer at the gym and see if he will do it up.


Mon: Gym weights split routine, so something different every week)

Tuesday: 15 min walk at lunch, swimming with me at night time ( I am starting a new program soon so I have to see what happens)

Wednesday: HITT (RPM in morning at gym one week, runs with me another, once again, breaking it up, keeping it interesting) Also 15 min walk at lunch.

Thursday: Gym
Friday: Rest
Saturday 10km bike ride
Sunday: Rest

An so on.

Or I'm thinking this might be abit much for her, I almost think 2 gym and one cardio per week might be enough to start with.

She just got a bike as we are moving and she wants to ride the 7.5km to work a few days per week.

We will work together on diet, I will give her stuff to read (Chillen has provided me with some information, still tonnes to learn) and we can work as a team.

Stuff I am unsure of, HR training zones, about 1million other things.

Am I on the right track? Build some muscle, incorporate some HITT and keep it interesting and changing it up?

Just some background, she is not heaps unfit or anything, but she needs to get heaps fitter. I want to put her on a calorie deficit – 500 per day. She has a larger frame than most girls. She is very sexy and I love her also. She gets a sore lower back from a bunged sciatic nerve. So swimming could be almost twice per week. She likes swimming, biking and
 
Sounds like you are taking her on the right track.

Just remember to periodically change things up to avoid overuse injury concerns and to make constant gains.
 
She has been on her diet and doing well. She keeps asking me for the program but I'm not ready to give it to her. I know my program now (7 days per week ekk) so I am going to build mine around that.
 
Have you tried the bill pill diet? I think sex burns about 500 calorie an hour. It takes 3,500 calories burnt to lose 1 pound of fat. With that number, all you have to do is have sex once a day for (15 kg x 2.2 lbs/kg x 3,500 cal / lb x 1/500) = 220 hours, give or take. Get to working, young man; you have to punch in 220 hours by september!!! go to it.
