Didnt realise you had to do so much cardio I thought 30 minutes 4x a week was enough maybe I need to do 30 mins on bike then say 2000 meters on the rowing machine aswell.

Go harder instead of more time.
You don't have to do more time. If you can do 2000meters on the bike in 30 min, then try to go faster and run 2200meters in 30 minutes. That will help you better than just adding 30 more minutes to your cardio session.
If your goal is to be able to run steady for 60 minutes then you increase the time but only if that is your goal. If your goal is weight loss, fat loss or health then you just work faster.
Adding time is the easiest but no best way to increase the efectiveness of your workout.
I guarantee that you haven't tried everything to lose weight.
Try eating healthy stuff, like fruits and veggies. Try doing some exercise at a level of intensity that is not comfortable for you. In other words

Don't have equipment then do bodyweight but start doing something
