One armed girl needs help isolating nub.

I took an aerobics class for three years and the rest of my body is fit, but I've always had trouble with this. I was born with one arm, the left one didn't fully develop but I have it down to the elbow. I want to know how to tone up my bicep without hurting the joint that I have in my elbow or just exercising my shoulder. Is there anything I can do to tone it up? Thanks. =)
 
Do you have anything at all below the elbow? I don't think you can work the biceps without doing some sort of elbow flexion movement.
 
Im not really yo sure but here is a video that I saw a long time ago that has heaps of exercised in it. Obviously you have more limbs than this guy but yeah you get the gist.
 
I wish that I can help you out but unfortunately no clue. Read it felt a need to reply, didn't want you to get frustrated that people read it but no response. I'd figure no advice is better than wrong advice.
