Too much information needed to determine the answer to that question, but you should be ok. Protien following excercise is always a good thing, and a little bit of fat is ok as you need fat to burn fat.
If you are just drinking one serving immediately following your run I'd say that shouldn't be a problem, but I have always preferred to stick with lowfat cow's milk to meet my needs. There is alot of controversy revolving around soy and it's effect on hormones, so I just assume avoid those issues.
