Bulking Process so far

I have started bulking on Sept. 2nd and so far noticing some satisfying results. ive been going to the gym 3 times a week. running at the begining of workout then after my workout. Ive been eating a little better and about 200 more calories each day. I will be posting some pictures up showing my progress every few weeks and hoping for some Suggestions or things i need to modify

You've got a nice frame to build on, I'd just say keep on truckin. One question, why do you run before and after working out. I'd say use ALL your initial energy on your lifting, then if you really want to, run for a bit after lifting. Just my 2 cents. 200 cal surplus IS enough to do a clean bulk, but be careful how much extra you burn with the running...might not give your body enough to put on muscle.

I run 10 minuets before my actuall workout and i run 5 minutes after my work out. The reason i run is because when i turn 18 i would like to become a firefighter so i want some stamina. I am also having second thoughts about bulking. The thing is, when i am not working out, i eat ALOT(pretty much anything that is offered to me). I gain little to no weight even though i eat alot. in the begining of this year i worked out for about a month and a half on my usual "diet" of eating alot and i got pretty good results. After march i stopped working out and some of the muscle has disapeared between then and now but i still have some from before. i dont know if i should continue my regular "eat alot" HEALTHY diet but eat more food. or if i should cut down on calories and start my cutting process.
