Hello all!

Hi im new to these forums and am looking to shred about 10 more pounds.My goal for awhile has been to get a nice set of abs. I lost about 13 pounds over a month after eating right. Im by no means fat just a little chubboer thatn id like. So after i lost those original 13 pounds i got sidetracked and my weight is fluctuating in the 160 to 166 area. I want to cut down to 155 but am finding it hard to stay focused and find a single diet that i can follow without to much cheating. So if anyone can help me out i would really appreciate it!
