I told you 3 weeks ago that you wont see results until you change your eating habits

1. Starting today. Start minimizing the amount of junk, sweet, sodas you put into your body. keeping eating less and less junk until your diet is 95% clean. At first, this will be hard because your body is so addicted to junk food, but after 3 weeks your body will transition and you wont crave the foods you used to as much.

No sodas or juices. Your choices are either water, tea, or protein shakes. No fast food.

You didn't listen to me.

Go back to your first thread, and re-read what I wrote.

I did,

I read it like 30 times so it will get to my brain.

but reading it adn understanding it - dont make it easy.

Im trying, but if I eat well, and use the HITT
and do all the things I said abouve how much time it takes to lose 4% body fat?

Here. I'll do it for you

Welcome, to the forum and congratulations on the progress you made so far. Your halfway done.

I'm not even going to bother with the whole calories and maintenance speech, because your 13 years old and don't need the counting calorie mentality.

Let's start with your diet. Post what you eat and when you eat it on an average day and how much of it you eat.

2. Now lets talk about your exercise regimen.

You say you are working with weights 3x a week, which is good. But I have a pretty good feeling your not doing many compounds, and your sticking to machines.

Take a look in the weight training section, read the stickies, and browse around for weight training routines that include squats and deadlifts.

Lift heavy, and with intensity.

Cardio is things like running, biking, hiking, swimming, etc. I want you to increase your cardio.

You say your running 45 minutes a week. You could make better progress running 3-5x a week for 30-40 minutes.

Anyways, just watch your diet and exercise with intensity. If after a week you notice your not losing any weight, either

1. Exercise more
2. Eat less

1. Yes, HiTT can be replaced with steady-state cardio. As long as you keep improving.

2. Compounds are weight training exercise that use more than one body part. Some exercises that are compounds:

Bench - Chest / Triceps / Shoulders
Rows - Arms / Back
Dips Triceps / Shoulders / Chest
Deadlift - Lower back / Ab's / Hamstrings / Arms
Pull ups - Arms / Back
Squats - Everything lol

You get the point. If you don't recognize any of these exercises, just youtube them.

3. Start replacing what you eat with healthier food options. Take a look in the nutrition section, and take a look at the stickies as to get a better idea.

For your breakfast you have some better options such as oatmeal, whole wheat bread, eggs, or maybe a healthier brand of cereal with less sugar.

I think you should eat more. Eat every 3-4 hours, but they should be small meals. And make sure that each meal contains a protein source. Avoid all carbs ( except veggies ) at night.

It really doesn't sound like your eating over 1000 calories at the moment, and this might make it more difficult for weight loss ( especially fat loss ) because it severely cripples your metabolism.

If you don't understand what I wrote, explain what your confused about.

And there is no set time for how long it takes for someone to lose body fat. That depends on YOU and how consistent you stay with healthy eating habits and your exercise plan

2-3 months is very reasonable for 4% Bf.

If your doing it right, at your weight, you would be losing several pounds a week.

Phate has given you good advice...

i'd like to draw your attention specifically to

Starting today. Start minimizing the amount of junk, sweet, sodas you put into your body. keeping eating less and less junk until your diet is 95% clean. Yeah but you say "eat right"

I dont know how to eat right,

what they give me- what I eat.

sometime its chicken breast with rise and sometime its an hotdog in a bun.

you see, I dont know what to eat.

in nutrition forum I cant just ask for a menu what to eat.

I cant get the same products you purchase in my country.

You dont have ANYTHING healthy at home? Eggs? whole wheat bread? Tuna? Chicken? Brown rice? Fruits? Veggies?

Who ever is giving you your food, let them know you want to eat healthier and tell them what to cook for you, or learn to cook for yourself.

If you are not eating much processed food, then you need to eat LESS of it or EXERCISE more.

Eat less or exercise more frequently and longer. Pick one ( or both )

I cant use deadlifts and heavy lifting, my gym trainers wont allow me to do it./

Get rid of your trainer.

Also, take a look into the bodyweight training section. Things like push ups, chin ups, pull ups, dips, etc can help.

Ummm let see I will tell you what I eat and you will qoute me and do a "V"
next to the meal if it cool okay?

In mornings sometime I eat:
Cereal (korenflackes) chaoclate with milk.

With rice or pasta (The italian food I dont know his name in english).

OR
Tuna in bread some times I eat even 2.

(with both I sometimes eat salad).

Night:

OR

Please, you are helping me a lot :)

BTW if I try to lose wieght,
shell I remove all the fish oils from the tuna?
I mean because fish oil = Omega 3 right?
and If I wnt to lose wieght should I take omega 3 and eat the oil with the tuna?

or its isnt healty at all?

Also, you don't have to do anything in 18 days (and btw, you're not going to). Losing weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle can't be done for a few weeks at a time to meet some arbitrary event. Commit to it & recognize that it will take time. Don't quit because it can't be done in the time you desire. But, as noted above, first you have to commit. Running for a few days and continuing to do what you do won't make much difference. Good luck.
