Focus VS realworksuks round 1 results!

Shet. I forgot again.

Tomorrow, for realzies. I set a reminder thing. Then you'll all see how much worse I did on the V Diet than he did engulfing enough cake to feed a village for a year.

Good use of lighting too :D

Focus, don't bother.

You will take pics, I'm sure...But they won't be worth crap, as usual.

Unless RWS gives you a hand with taking those pics, I suggest you hire a professional.

<3 Focus

Eric

If you lose 12lbs of fat and gain 13lbs of LBM you will see a huge difference in appearance, otherwise it is incorrect

You really like your absolutes, don't you?

This is only true if you are in a particular bodyfat range. Do you think you could see such a difference visually on someone who weighs 400 lbs for example and has 60% body fat?

In my case, it is visible, but only in the areas that were already fairly lean. In my "problem areas", there doesn't seem much of a diff, to me. Regardless, pix incoming. :)

only a sith deals in absolutes. Haha

How come you listed your chest dimension as a regression?

It wasn't me (pretty sure nobody's that flexible :p ), it was my homey "MSc, CEP, other random junk". And only in the context of the particular assessment, which is very general and dumbed down. Obviously, gaining 2 inches on my chest is not a problem. Neither is the waist, actually, as that is the result of better measurement (it's still in the excellent range, technically speaking) and not an actual increase. I remarked on his having messed it up last time, and he was like, "Oh, right. My bad, bb. It's hard because you are shaped like the inside of a s'more. :action10:"

Pix next. :)

Premise 1: Lighting is now okay.
Premise 2: I still look like the inside of a s'more.
Conclusion: Focus does not make excuses. Only spits trufs! And hot fiyahh. :costumed:

P.S. Sorry about the missing rug, I'm having it cleaned.

The way you create any outcome in your life is to [Focus] your vision of your deepest desires.

At the same time, though, you must honestly and accurately [Focus] your current situation and how it relates to your greater vision.

By doing this, you engage tension between what is and what can be.

This tension is the primary creative force behind the manifestation of any outcome.

It’s as natural and powerful as the force of gravity.

Some of the steps you take may end up being detours or out-and-out mistakes, but these weed out the internal snakes.

By staying [Focused] on your vision, though, you’ll find even those steps useful in the creating process.

You are the creating wonder and possess much processing thunder.

And this will never go asunder.

You are indeed the Boy Wonder.

ROCK ON!

Best wishes

Chillen
