Losing the final bit !

Hi everyone ! New to this forum. I have trouble getting a "perfect" body. I want toned abs and all etc. Im an advocate of blood sweat and tears, i.e working very hard and having great determination.

I weigh in at 61 KG at a height of 1.65 M

Currently I think I have alot of stomach and side fat. After I lost 30 KG of my weight ( previously I was severely obese ), I pretty much relaxed alittle untill realized - hey I have not achieved my goal yet.

So now Im starting a new programme. I used to lose weight the stupid way but it worked, extremely low calorie diets coupled by heavy exercise. This pulled my weight down to 59 KG from 90 KG thus slowing my metabolic rate as well. I more or less recovered my metabolic rate when I entered army as I realize I HAVE to eat more to burn more.

Now my diet is for breakfast I have 2 pieces of bread made into a tuna sandwich consisting of eggwhites , lemon , pepper and its toasted. I cant control much of what I have for lunch/dinner as its prepared by the military but I avoid fried food ( or try to ).

Other than some hardwork everyday (hey comes free from the military would hate what a desk bound job will be) I also go to the gym regularly. I try to go everyday and mostly this is what I do

5KM worth of cardio

Followed by working out different parts of my body by a routine. I.e Monday for arms ( biceps/triceps ) , Tuesdays for Chest etc.

I just started this whole new body weight training recently because I used to ONLY train arms ( bad idea ! ). I reckon I have slightly weaker legs (weak hamstrings mainly, the rest are ok. Or are hamstrings naturally weaker than quads ?).

Is there any advice for me to include in my routine? Thanks !

Don't work out after running. If you do cardio and lifting in the same day, do the lifting first and cardio second. Second, you don't seem very heavy, so I'm guessing of the 30Kg you lost, a lot of it was muscle too. Keep lifting more and try to get lots of protein in your diet. Other than that just make sure you are eating a deficit and you'll lose weight.

Thanks !

Yeah I'm not one of the very heavy ones but I still have a small layer of body fat. That is what I'm trying to lose, its my main aim first.
