At the moment I’m full of cold with sore throat and pains I the head and I was just wondering is it ok for me to still go to the gym as usual as I cant go to the gym in the weekend?
As a general rule of thumb, if your cold is above the neck, you can still workout (go easy though). If the cold is below the neck, then rest. Sore throat should be ok. But like I said, go easy.
yea i said to my self ill keep it nice and easy today and not do too much and not rush just keep at steady paice i might just go on the cross trainer today and weights and not go on the tredmill... not sure yet but am drinking pleanty of water to get it out of my system its killing my head and nose!!
ND, i came down with something yesterday, really feeling it today. sore throat is gone but my nose is running like crazy. i'm started my cut cycle tomorrow, hope i can kick it off good
i think i'm about over mine. trained legs yesterday and doing my abs and cardio this afternoon. all day yesterday i kept thinking to myself "this isnt gonna knock me down".
that plus extra vitamin C and some nytol last night kinda helped
Im over mine now, did my HIIT saturday with no problems, I had a baseball rules interpretation meeting last night, so no gym (Ill be doing games in less than a month, yay ).
