I thought i'd join this site, I have been on the weight loss forum for a while now.
I am still trying to lose weight (around 4-5kg till goal) but I have recently started running. I have always been pretty fit, played a lot of sport, but I have always wanted to compete in races. I have started out running/walking 4km and last night I ran the whole way! I would like to work up to running 10km each run, but I understand that will take a while.
I also hope that the running will help with my fat loss too!
