Dont you guys have craigslist?. We have trademe I got one for 40 $$ here and we are generally pretty pricy over here for anything like that
 
This is the company that donated equipment to the weightroom I was building for the kids. If they have anything that you like, please purchase from them rather than from another company. If you do, let them know that I sent you.

Kegs are always good. If you can get 3, then you can fill them with different amounts of water. If you call around to the different liquor stores, you might fine a couple that are getting rid of some.

Word on the tire and sledgehammer

Search Dan John and the slosh pipe. He's also a huge fan of stone sprints. You can also look in the phone book under decorate stones to buy heavy rocks from.

It does but it's usually when you get out of a rhythm and start fatiguing.
 
Thanks for the links guys, I'm off to Bournemouth in a couple of weeks and they have a good Army surplus store there so I'm doing some shopping then.
I'll also ask the pub behind my house if they have any spare kegs.

I think I might try building a box for box squatting. Anyone know how big I should make it? Should it be parallel or below?

I used a milk crate and reinforced the middle with some wood.
