Is it true that it's better to eat sugary and food without much nutritional benefit right after your main meal? Is it better for my body if I eat a healthy dinner then my icecream immediately after or wait 2 or 3 hours? Does it make a difference?
Im no expert but i wouldnt of thought it would make a difference.

I have a very clean diet besides my little 'light and creamy' ice cream after dinner which is low fat and low calorie and most probably full of chemicals I'm full of regret after having the icecream! It set off my sweet tooth and of course it was followed by a honey crumpet and chocolate biscuit. NAUGHTY ME!

I thought that was going to be such a great idea, but nearly puked when I mixed it up and tried it. Try making a really thick shake with yogurt and fruit in it. It sort of resembles melted ice cream, so it should do the trick.
Best way to stay of sweet **** like that is just go cold turkey. After a while you forget what it tastes like and you don't care about it anymore. Sweetest things i have now are creatine with dextrose and my protein powder.
