Since I started working out it seems like every other muscle group is building up in size a little, apart from my chest. My bench press is getting stronger, but I feel as if it might be my triceps that are improving to make that happen.
I do the full range of chest stuff like flat, inclines, declines, pec machines, and change between dumbells and barbell.
I'm guessing that dumbells would place more of an emphasis on the chest than a barbell...but are there any other tips for making my chest feel the burn instead of relying on tricep strength to get me through each lift?
