I have a question for you guys...My max BP is around 180-190lbs atm...In 3 months worth of HARD work how much would you expect this to go up?
I have been hitting my tri's and pec's extremely hard lately...each time I do my pec's/tri's routine I do 9 set's of each which consists of 3 sets of 3 different exercises with about 5-8 reps on each set. After the routine is done...trying to do a girly push-up, even against a wall, is impossible...my tri's and prec's are totally destroyed. How much progress will this kind of work give me in 3 months of commitment?
I originally planned on going for a 3 month bulk...but I'm not sure what kind of results this will give me in that amount of time.
