hey guys since February i decided to enroll in a gym close to my house.im very dedicated to and full of pation now for workout and nutrition!im the type to start something and never let go..all the way!lol
so now i have a tone of exercises i do.
in the morning i go to the gym for 7am to 8am
30 cardio and sometimes 45 workout.after i have my good shake and go to work with the shake im good in till 12.
so my worst nightmare now is my stomach and those nasty love handles...!
i have workouts just for that but i know nutrition is a factor...
so i looked all over for a good diet a working in a real life diet..lol
cause some you need to eat 5 times a day small meals..but no time for that!lol
i seen discussion of NROL fat loss program 2?i have goggled it put nothing that describes it very good?or even 10/3...
i know this forum is full of experienced workout people,can somebody guide me in my mission ?
i even recently found alot of video's on youTube for 300 workout..man i did 2 days and it felt like a week of intense gym..
