does gaining of weight get affected if a person going through weight gain program does have sex reguraly ? pls some one tell me about
 
Re word your question. If your asking whether having sex affects weight gain, not really.
 
Cover your girlfriend in whipped cream and chocolate to offset the calories used in having sex. Problem solved :)
 
A health expert I've seen stated that a good sexual session is equivalent to three kilometers of jogging. I personally believe that this can also be a good motivation for partners. This means that doing this regularly will reap benefits.

That is bullshtt

3KM is almost 2 miles, and having sex doesn't burn anywhere near that much energy unless his definition of a good sexual session lasts more than 3 hours.
 
I doubt any guy on this forum can lost 3 hours in bed, I actually doubt 90% can't last longer than an hour of non-stop sex.
 
Sex isnt just thrashing a women! I wont go into it but three hours is at the higher end of the scale but a couple of hours is easily done with foreplay and other stuff that might breach the forum code :D

Well when I say sex, I mean real sex without anything else. Just non-stop sex. And most guys don't really last longer than 30-40min and i think thats the higher end. Personally on a good day i can last for around 30min, unless i'm racing.

But I can see your point on how foreplay and all that crap can lengthen it
 
I actually read a study a long time ago that the average male can only last 20 minutes of non-stop stimulation. Not sure how accurate that was.

I'd say much less, but that's why you don't just go to town non-stop unless you want a quickie. You gotsta learn technique. With technique you could go indefinitely, but honestly I think it gets pretty boring if you prolong too much.

Brilliant banter. Anyway, how did this turn into a cheat-beating competition? Returning to the OP, I found a great little calorie calculator on the internet where you just put in your weight and time spent exercising, and it automatically calculates your EE for a huge range of exercises. One of them is "Sex: moderate effort" (i.e. not racing) and it says that for a 220lb guy having sex for 1 hour burns 158 calories. Clearly not as much as a long run.

I always wear my heart rate monitor and slow down when it hits 150 :D
