no! That's horrible. You always load on as many 45s as you can. I can't stand looking at people who load up on 15kg plates like that :p It's not hardcore unless they are 45s

I agree, with one exception, when deadlifting you can load the bar with smaller plates to keep the BB closer to the ground therefore increasing ROM. That's still hardcore :D
 
well, at my gym those plates would have to be 11 lbs.. you'd have to use all the plates in the gym to get a good weight :p and that's just annoying :p so I'd rather do DLs off a box or something.
 
Congrats CCR. It's nice to see your training bringing you up to where you need to be. It's also nice to see a fellow forum member helping one of our own and putting his knowledge to the test to help others.

I asked Tony to train me, but he said I was too weak and didn't want his name associated with mine.
 
legs looking good brotha, awesome job tony, I have been and training under tony`s supervision and must I say I have gained enormous strength within 2-3 months of training.
