What should I buy from this site? Help me eat right for a week!

is a website grocery store of organic foods for the pittsburgh area and it is actually cheaper than the local chain grocery stores. They have quality, fresh products and I'm really interested in buying a weeks worth of food with them.

What do you guys think? Would there be reasonable things I can make from this grocery store?

I am trying to eat about 1800 Cals a day; while doing a lifting/cardio mix to lose weight, I only have 20 lbs. to lose but yeah, 1800 calories a day, doing weights about 4 times a week and cardio about 6 times a week.

What should I buy from that site for a weeks worth of groceries to help me with my weight loss plan? I don't want to buy the wrong foods!

Thanks alot guys!

You really can't buy the "wrong" food. Just buy a mixture of all the food group and you'll be set. Unless you only stick with one particular food group, I don't think you'll have much of a problem. If you're really having trouble, then go with LV's list.

I haven't clicked the site as I'm unsure if this is a spam thread or not. But in any case, it's cheaper and safer to go to your local store than an online store. With online stores, who knows how long things been sitting around. At least with a supermarket, you can view your stuff before purchase. With online stores, you get something, then if it's wrong, you have to go through the hassle of returning it and wasting money and time.

Also, do you have a military pass? The commissary sells things dirt cheap. Also, you don't pay sales tax. Pretty cool stuff.

Definately not spam, and the grocery stores are pretty horrible here.

This is verified and legit as a very quality store, i've seen the stuff they deliver to my co-workers at work, better quality than any grocery store :)

Problem is, I don't know what to get :(
