After workout

I am, trying to bulk up, usually I am done with my workout in 30-40 minutes is it good to hit a sauna or swimming pool for another 20 or so?

I would stay away from cardio (swimming pool) and sauna if I was trying to bulk up. You better do that on a separate day if you like swimming and sauna.
 
Its fine.
