I always hear about how people say so many cold cereals are actually unhealthy but there has to be some that aren't right? What about a good old fashioned bowl of Cheerios?

Kashi "Mighty Bites" are my favorite. They have all the taste of kid's cereal with all the goodness of Kashi. They are sweetened with honey, however, so if you have a problem with honey, then I wouldn't suggest them.
Information on Kashi Mighty Bites:
Kashi Mighty Bites' primary sweetener is "evaporated cane juice" (sugar), which is the second ingredient. Honey is way down on the ingredients list, though it is not nutritionally significantly different from sugar.
Of the 23g carbohydrates per serving, 5g (22%) is sugar. Not as high as a typical kid's cereal (which is usually around 50% of carbohydrates from sugar), but there are better (lower sugar) choices among whole grain cereals. Among Kashi products, Kashi Puffs and Kashi Pilaf have no added sugar, while Kashi Nuggets has only 6% of carbohydrates from sugar.
Now, if you're not getting enough fiber, that's all fine, but if you're me, you would have painful gas about 9 hours later.
Funny you say that, I have had 2 bowls of Kashi the past 2 days and I can't figure out why i've been gassy...(i know, gross, sorry!)
Back to the topic, Kashi, Shredded Wheat, and Grape Nuts are the only ones I eat. I have a weak spot for cereal and these are about the only ones I have come across that I don't feel bad eating.
